Master Stylist Laine Berry pairs educational knowledge with practical experience to give her client the most comprehensive styling experience in the industry. An alumnus of the University of Central Arkansas Laine studied fashion design for the stage, with ambitions of becoming a costumier for theatrical production. The technical knowledge acquired through the educational process allows Laine to immediately define the needs of the individual contestant to showcase her attributes at their highest and best level during onstage competition.
Laine is also a former contestant, and is one of only a handful of women to have won the coveted ‘Triple Crown’ of Mrs. level pageantry, having held the titles of Mrs. Arkansas America 2003, Mrs. Arkansas International 2005 and Mrs. Arkansas United States in 2007. In 2008 Laine won the ‘superbowl of married women’s pageantry’, competing against women from the 50 states and around the globe to win the title of Mrs. International 2008. During her reign Laine travelled nearly 100,000 miles promoting her platform of Women’s Heart Disease Education and Awareness, and serving as a national spokesperson for the American Heart Association. Laine is one of the few stylist in the nation that has an intimate understanding of the realities of competition, having stood onstage as a contestant at both the state and national level.
Laine opened The Royal We in 2008, and since that time has styled over 100 winners of state titles in the America, USA and International pageant systems, as well as having clients consistently place in the top ten and top five at the national level competition of these systems. Elite level contestants receive the very best styling expertise in the industry from Laine Berry, as well as a warm, personal service experience.
